Help an autistic man get a life-saving heart transplant

I normally don’t make posts like these, I reblog them if they come onto my dash but I got this email a few hours ago from change.org and it kind of hit me hard and I wanted to spread it through tumblr in hopes we can help. 

This womans son Paul is 23 years old and has autism, four years ago he was diagnosed with a heart condition, and he will die without a transplant.

But the kicker is, the hospital won’t even put him on the transplant list because of his Autism, won’t even give him a chance. They told the mother it’s because he can’t name all 19 of the medications he’s on.

I don’t think I could name all 19 medications if I was on them, have you seen the names of some medicines?  

The mother started this petition to ask the hospital to put her son on the list, and so I ask you guys to take a few seconds of your day to just write your name on the petition, only a few seconds.
